The Cut. Devised by SPACE (London) in association with British Waterways and Heritage Lottery Fund in 2010, The Cut commissioned 3 artists, Daniel Lehan, Jessie Brennan and myself to create new works in the un up to the 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games using the Cut Navigation and Hackney Wick areas as a context. The resulting exhibition The Cut was held at SPACE in summer 2011. A 100 page Berlina Newspaper The Cut, featuring archive material, maps, drawings, photographs, new writing, audio transcripts and sculpture was produced in an edition of 1000 in 2011 and reprinted in a further edition of 2000 in 2013.
